Our studio is equipped with five reformer machines, allowing us to keep class sizes small. This ensures a more personal experience, with time for individual guidance while still enjoying the motivation of a group setting.
We recommend comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely and safely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and stability on the reformer machines. If you forget your socks, please speak to a member of the team before class.
No prior experience is required. Our classes are suitable for a range of experience levels, and our instructors provide clear guidance throughout each session. If you are new to reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with our Refyne Starter class to build confidence and familiarity with the equipment.
This depends on your personal goals and schedule. Many clients attend once or twice a week, but consistency over time is more important than frequency.
Not at all. Reformer Pilates is designed to help build strength, flexibility and control over time. You do not need any prior fitness experience to attend, and progress happens gradually with consistency.
To ensure the safety and flow of the session, late arrivals may not be able to join once the class has started. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time to get settled.
If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, we recommend speaking to your healthcare provider before attending. Please contact us directly prior to booking so we can advise on suitability.
