These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients who use our website, book sessions, or attend the studio.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, purchasing a package, or attending Refyne Studio Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Booking Policy, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
3. Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Due to the limited number of reformer machines, spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. All bookings are non-transferable and cannot be shared with another individual.
4. Cancellations & Late Arrivals
All bookings are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable and cannot be credited or rescheduled.
Clients are required to arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the session, and the session will be forfeited without refund or credit. This is to ensure the safety and experience of all clients.

5. Packages
All class packages are non-refundable. Sessions within a package must be used within the stated expiry period. The same cancellation terms apply to package bookings.
6. Health & Responsibility
By attending a session, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate. It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or concerns before the session begins.
If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or under medical supervision, we recommend seeking advice from a healthcare professional before attending.
7. Studio Conduct
Clients are expected to follow instructor guidance at all times for safety reasons. Grip socks are required for all reformer Pilates sessions.
Refyne Studio Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone acting in a manner deemed unsafe or disruptive.
8. Liability
Participation in reformer Pilates is undertaken at your own risk. Refyne Studio Ltd cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss or damage to personal property while on the premises, except where required by law.
9. Website Content
All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is the property of Refyne Studio Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
